Braids 2016 plans to showcase the talent and expertise of teachers in a variety of braiding and narrow weaves areas ranging from kumihimo, Andean braiding, loop braiding, tablet weaving, band weaving, sprang, passementerie, and a number of other narrow weave techniques. Traditional and non-traditional approaches will be represented. The programme is currently being prepared and will be available in June 2015.  If you would like to volunteer to help, please contact Giovanna Imperia at As with the previous conferences, Proceedings will be published including articles from all teachers and presenters.
A Facebook page will appear soon so people interested in attending will be able to see updates and news as the detailed conference programme is developed.
