Inaugural gathering for ANYONE- members or not - to come and enjoy a day of different aspects of braiding. As an extension of the regular 'Come and Try' days held at Sacrewell, those of us who are South Leics. based decided to try and launch an extra diary of 'Gatherings' with a once a month plan (subject to interest!).
Why? to get us to actually do more braiding and several of us are interested in ply splitting and this hall enables a long cord to be made (this saves a bit of leg work!)
Location: Ashby Magna Village Hall, 26 Peveril Road, Ashby Magna, Leics, LE17 5NQ
Cost - based on numbers of attendees but not likely to be any greater than £5 or £6 for the day. Bring your own lunch - tea and coffee available at minimum cost! The hall also has a free small car park with on street parking also readily available.
